Assistant Retail Store Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated and fashion-forward individual to fill the role of Assistant Retail Store Manager at our store in Rockingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping drive sales and achieve key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, coach their team to be the best they can be, and contribute to day-to-day operations such as stock management and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support the Store Manager in creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and delivering top-notch customer service.
  • A proactive attitude to drive sales and team performance.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is highly regarded.
