Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals providing support services including transport, supplies, mortuary services, and coordination.
  • Evaluate and report on operational performance against established standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of proactive service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
  • Provide safe workplace leadership focusing on employee health and wellbeing.

About You:

  • You will be comfortable with death, grief, and handling deceased individuals.
  • Experience in management roles within service-driven organizations is essential.
  • You should be able to manage teams across multiple locations with knowledge of HSE and ER leadership principles.
  • Strong scheduling, rostering, and coordinating services and assets are key skills required for this role.
  • A current Driver's License is also required.
