**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to shape the future of User-Generated Content (UGC) in gaming. This is a critical leadership role that will drive the evolution of our platform, aligning with our product-focused vision and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will define and execute a product vision that expands our market reach and delivers exceptional value to both game developers and players. They will lead a talented product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Roadmap Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, including Product Managers, and UX Researchers/Designers.
  • Market & User Understanding: Deeply understand the needs of game developers and the modding community.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or design, ideally with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role in a tech company, developer tools, or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) or within a videogame development studio.
  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products/games that have achieved significant market adoption and business impact.
  • Understanding of user-generated content (UGC), modding ecosystems, and the broader gaming industry.
