About You:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience cooking in childcare, aged care, or hospitals is advantageous.
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate is essential.
  • Allergen awareness and commitment to meet dietary, cultural, and nutritional needs of children are required.
  • Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations around your area is expected.
  • Australian work rights and willingness to obtain a Working with Children Card are mandatory.
  • Possession of a First Aid certificate is highly regarded.
  • Committed to Child Safeguarding and understanding Mandatory Reporting responsibilities are essential.
  • Ability to provide contact details of two professional referees familiar with your work is required.
