Role PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the Director of Enterprise Architecture in defining and implementing a comprehensive enterprise architecture program across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's technology architecture, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and maintaining the organization's technology architecture, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Supporting the effective delivery of architecture services, including business planning, IT strategy development, and project delivery.
- Promoting EA processes, outcomes, and results to the organization.
- Evaluating and recommending new technology solutions, platforms, and tools to improve operational efficiency, performance, and security.
- Developing IT architecture processes, policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to industry best practices.
- Supporting the uplift of Enterprise Architecture practice and providing input into the Architecture community of practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years' experience in strategy/technology/digital leadership, with 3+ years as a functional lead involved in the active development of enterprise architecture in a large corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and traditional infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, researching, evaluating, and recommending new and emerging technologies.
- Experience in development and maintenance of a business-aligned, commercially astute, and comprehensive technology architecture roadmaps to achieve successful business outcomes.
