About the Opportunity
As part of GrainCorp's largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, you will play a pivotal role in connecting grain growers with local and international markets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our growers, managing all grower enquiries and requests, while working across our systems to provide the highest level of service/support.About Your Role
You will work out of our Tamworth office, supporting growers in the use of our platforms, including CropConnect. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with growers, promoting GrainCorp, our products/service offerings and processing their requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will assist growers across the region with any supply chain or operations issues/questions and provide support to the Operations team in this key area of grower engagement.About Your Experience
Our ideal candidate has experience gained in a frontline customer service, administration or technology services role within a commercial setting. Candidates will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail, computing skills (MS Office) and aptitude for technology/systems (Intermediate to advanced Excel will be an advantage).Your Benefits
In return for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your background and qualifications.
