We are currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our expert team in the Tamworth and Armidale region.

About the Role

This role will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, from children through to the elderly, in regaining their lives and building experience.

Clients may seek support through various schemes, including:

• CTP: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life.
• Life insurance: Supporting individuals to overcome physical and mental health challenges and resume daily activities.
• Aged care: Enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients by addressing mobility and functional limitations.
• NDIS: Identifying priorities and goals to ensure effective use of available funds.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work creatively with clients outside of the workers compensation scheme.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
• The ability to provide a WWCC and Police Clearance.
• A passion for helping clients achieve the best outcomes.
• A commitment to making a difference in people's lives.

Salary and Location

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
