As a key member of our Marketing team, you will drive brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative campaigns. You will work closely with commercial and strategy teammates to accelerate customer acquisition efforts via online and offline channels.

You will join a critical period in Airwallex's growth, building a team that enables global consistency in process, tooling, and methodology while allowing local flexibility and speed in execution. This role is based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive B2B Growth Marketing strategy across all channels to acquire and retain customers.

  • Accelerate performance marketing by planning and executing online performance campaigns including paid social, display, SEM, and ABM advertising.

  • Manage offline marketing campaigns by analysing opportunities and partnering with Field Marketing on various events.

  • Drive content marketing by partnering with Content Marketing to layout and execute a comprehensive content strategy.

  • Optimise CRM strategy by working with the account management team and Global Marketing team to scale and optimise user communication to prospects and customers.

  • Perform market research and analysis to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
