The RoleThis is a fantastic time to join our Digital & Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Director within our Retail portfolio. We are currently looking for a leader to provide operational guidance and support to achieve business objectives and deliver key marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the Retail Management Team, you will be responsible for championing the Digital & Marketing brand internally, ensuring a deep understanding of the brand strategy and customer-centric activity.
You will lead the development and execution of marketing plans and budgets, focusing on enhancing the customer experience while utilizing national strategies and campaigns.
This role is pivotal in delivering key marketing, digital, and experiential programs that drive short- and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset marketing strategies, aligning with the Retail & Digital & Marketing Plan.
- Assist in forming budgets and effectively manage marketing funds, ensuring monthly KPI reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with the asset team to cascade the Retail & Digital & Marketing Plan into the marketing plan.
- Champion customer-centricity, leading the Asset teams to identify customer pain points and develop strategies to address them.
- Drive customer-focused initiatives, working with the National team to implement data-driven solutions and align strategic priorities.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to develop communication and PR strategies during repositioning and redevelopment.
This role requires a tertiary-certified Marketing Manager with significant industry-related experience in senior marketing positions and a proven ability to influence and lead.
You will have an excellent attention to detail, identifying key priorities, developing timelines, and delivering key initiatives.
You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
A forward thinker with a proactive approach to all areas and a curiosity about marketing & digital and the future of the function would excel in this role.
