Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and lead a project from start to finish.

The coordinator will be working in a friendly and supportive environment, with the office conveniently located near Town Hall in the Sydney CBD.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Following a required brief to deliver all aspects of the return to work facilities project
  • Sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes and following procurement processes
  • Liaising with contractors, building managers, internal IT and Executives
  • Organising deliveries and building access for all contractors and visitors
  • Providing detailed updates to the Executive team
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics, prepare agendas, papers, minutes, general correspondence
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
  • Records management and general filing
  • Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs

**About You:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects

- Experience in facilities is beneficial

- Previous Government experience is preferred but not essential

- Process driven and highly organised

- Ability to make decisions

- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
