**Project Leader Position**

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to oversee projects in the Sydney Metropolitan area, NSW and Interstate.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee project initiation to completion with minimal supervision.

- Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within set parameters.

 

- Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with organisational goals.

 

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.

 

- Foster strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and leadership skills.

 

- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

 

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and provide timely feedback.

 

- Oversee project documentation, including reports, records, and minutes of meetings, to maintain accurate and transparent project history.

 

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

 

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.

 

- Current Motor Vehicle Licence and good computer skills, proficiency in project management software.

 

- Experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable, demonstrating ability to manage complex tasks and priorities effectively.
