Swimming Pool Safety Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to remain engaged in a repetitive work environment.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Lifeguard acts as an Aquatic Technical Operator, providing vigilant supervision of Pool users. This includes undertaking water testing to ensure water quality and safety, operating plant and equipment, and general maintenance and cleaning of the pool area.
The successful candidate will support the Coordinator to promote quality operational and service standards. They will also act as First Aid Warden in the case of emergency evacuation.
Requirements:
- A qualified Senior Lifeguard with a Pool Lifeguard Licence (essential)
- Possession of a Pool Technical Operations Certificate (essential)
- General Knowledge of the leisure/recreation industry
- Working with Children Check (essential)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR
