Transfer Agency Operations Specialist

This role will involve working closely with a team to deliver change management activities for the Asia-Pacific region's digital transformation program.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Transfer Agency Change Manager. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting operational models, and managing testing phases.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be adaptable to changing priorities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.
- Requirements gathering and documentation of business requirements (BRDs/Impact Assessments)
- Documenting operational models and mapping out target operating models
- Managing testing phases, including functional, regression, and operational model testing
- Coordinating user acceptance testing, model office, and parallel runs
