At the heart of a major transformation program, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the transition of key operational systems and processes into a fully digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transition projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across site and corporate teams to support project outcomes
  • Drive data-focused initiatives, with the ability to read, interpret, and communicate complex information
  • Utilise advanced analytics tools to analyse trends, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide clear updates to leadership
  • Coordinate project resources and oversee integration of IT systems with operational processes
  • Support change management and adoption of digital systems across the business
About You
  • Strong project management experience, ideally within heavy industry or refinery operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital/technology-focused initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex information
