**Job Description**


This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to work in a supportive environment, assisting with the care and supervision of residents in our Residential Care Home.


As a Direct Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.


You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care possible.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**


To be successful in this role, you will require:


  • A relevant Certificate III qualification, such as aged care or disability services;
  • Experience working with elderly clients, preferably in a residential care setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision;

**Working Arrangements**
