A pool lifeguard plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of swimmers. We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team at RAAF Tindal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising swimmers while they are in the pool area, ensuring they move safely and adopt safe water entry practices.

They will also be responsible for completing general pool management and administration tasks associated with water quality and other legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a state recognised qualification in lifeguarding, current first aid certification, and the ability to administer oxygen and CPR in emergency situations.

They will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
