Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Manager to lead the clinical and operational management of a leading aged care facility.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, managing day-to-day operations, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and overseeing occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering exceptional clinical care outcomes

- Managing finances effectively within budgetary guidelines

- Fostering strong relationships with local community stakeholders

- Developing strategic plans and objectives for the facility

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Residential Manager, Clinical Manager or Director of Nursing in aged care

- Registered Nurse background with current AHPRA registration (ideal)

- Demonstrated commitment to quality and broad knowledge of ACFI and Accreditation standards

- Ability to effectively lead and manage staff

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
