Prefabrication Supervisor Job Description

Ausreo Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prefabrication Supervisor to join our team at Sunshine North. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Prefabrication business unit's profitability, process improvement, and implementation, ensuring alignment with the Production, Quality, Safety, Sales, and Scheduling departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Prefabrication business unit to achieve budgeted targets and exceed them.
  • Oversee the completion of tasks that increase productivity, consistency, quality, and profitability of the Prefabrication business unit.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, tooling, and material.
  • Supervise employees to ensure uninterrupted production processes across multiple shifts.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships and purchasing of prefabrication.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Business, Civil, and/or Mechanical Engineering desirable.
  • Project, Steel fixing, Fabrication management, or equivalent experience preferable.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes and building design.
  • Ability to liaise with internal staff in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Supervisory experience essential.
