About the Production Team

We are seeking an experienced machine operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating brake press machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate brake press machines with precision and efficiency
  • Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Create programs at the machine to optimize production processes
  • Perform quality assurance checks and measure parts to meet high standards
  • Participate in process testing and technology introduction to drive continuous improvement
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brake press operation is required
  • A current forklift license is desired but not essential
  • Strong listening and communication skills are necessary to work effectively in a team environment
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision is also required
  • Understanding of quality control systems is essential
  • Fabrication Trade certification (Certificate III in Engineering) is desired but not mandatory
