About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Pendle Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging and interactive educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
