Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Lease Administrator to provide support to our shopping centre portfolio across four sites in Western Australia.

This is a temporary contract lasting between one to three months, commencing as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lease administration, property management or a related field and possess excellent data management skills.

You will be responsible for collecting tenant sales figures, reviewing tenancy schedules, managing compliance documents and providing monthly reporting.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for four days or school hours for the right candidate.

You will be based within a shopping centre environment, supporting multiple sites.

Parking is available on-site, and you will work alongside a supportive property management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in lease administration, property management or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills
  • Confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Flexible and able to step into a fast-paced, varied role
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with property management systems and Microsoft Office
