Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role involves collating and analysing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and preparing reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyse data from various sources, including property market data, sales transactions, and leasing activity.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, commerce, or property.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn new software programs and technologies quickly.
