The Global Client Group at Dimensional Fund Advisors is responsible for developing new business relationships with financial institutions, while also managing existing client partnerships. This Senior Associate role will support Regional Directors in driving growth opportunities and delivering exceptional service to clients in Australia, focusing on strategic head office relationships and adviser connections.

The ideal candidate will have investment sales experience, preferably from an institutional asset manager in a sales and client service capacity. A strong understanding of the institutional investment business and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful individual will be proactive, able to prioritize tasks, and demonstrate initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering complex investment presentations to financial institutions
  • Facilitating the production of client-driven requests among team members
  • Traveling with Regional Directors to build strong business and personal relationships with prospective clients
  • Articulating complex investment principles and capital market research to financial institutions

Additionally, the role requires:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong academic background, preferably an MBA or CFA
  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services/Investment industry
  • Proactive desire to learn and grow within the company
