Chief Mobile Product Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Digital team and lead the development of world-class mobile products.
The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and expertise to scrum teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile products.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality mobile products
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers
- Contribute to growing the next generation of mobile talent through our Academy
- Participate in mobile guilds for knowledge sharing and learning
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing native iOS/ Android apps using Swift or Kotlin
- End-to-end experience beyond front-end mobile to back end
- Understanding of iOS and Android networking frameworks
- Advanced analysis, problem solving, and consultative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Agile methodology using tools like Jira/Confluence
