Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in the delivery of person-centred resident care.
- Contribute to comprehensive individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
- Evaluate care and ensure clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Daily responsibility for emergency, safety and infection control procedures.
- A passion for caring for others and delivering person-centred care.
- Commitment to a holistic approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Understanding of the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system.
- Strong communication skills.
