About The Role

We're dedicated to helping our members make the most of their money. As a Team Leader - Advice Delivery, you'll play a vital role in guiding and inspiring your team to provide exceptional financial and retirement advice to our members. You will work closely with your team members, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and equipped to perform at their best. Your leadership will be essential in promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of advice professionals to deliver high-quality intra-fund advice.
  • Drive performance and capability development to meet current and future business needs.
  • Champion member outcomes through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and complex member requests.
  • Collaborate on harmonisation initiatives to enhance the advice experience.

Location: Brisbane. This is a permanent opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, people management and coaching experience.
  • Meet the Relevant Providers Education and Training Standards and able to be appointed to provide personal advice to retail clients.
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
