Lead OCR Program Expansion

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our OCR program and drive its growth.

The successful candidate will lead the development of OCR capabilities and ensure seamless EDI integrations with commercial priorities in mind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the OCR program forward by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement, including regular communication and support activities
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain open communication with stakeholders
  • Spearhead the development of standard operating procedures for Customer EDI and OCR processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing EDI, OCR, e Commerce platforms or ERP integration projects
  • Familiarity with OCR and Punch-out related standards and IT applications
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business analyst/project management skills to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sales and customer orientation
