Senior Implementation Consultant

About the Role
  • Lead complex HR projects, including requirement-gathering workshops, decision-making sessions, and software solution design.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Humanforce with client systems and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline design, testing, configuration, and requirements-gathering efforts.
  • Conduct training sessions, provide resources, and offer ongoing guidance to clients.
