Key Property Asset Manager Role

The objective of this role is to deliver high-quality property asset management services, ensuring seamless lifecycle management of our properties.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough building inspections to assess safety, condition, remaining life, and repair costs, as well as overseeing routine works, repairs, and modifications. This encompasses managing caretaking activities such as cleaning, gardening, waste management, and general upkeep in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

This role requires strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple demands and adherence to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. A key aspect of the job is the ability to obtain a Construction Induction Training Card (White Card) through required training.
