We are currently seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to support our team in delivering engaging programs for school-aged children and adults.

Our services offer group riding lessons that cater to riders of all ages and abilities, providing a fun and supportive environment for participants to develop their skills.

We have two custom-built arenas that accommodate riders of various levels, along with trail rides and obstacle courses that challenge more experienced participants.

Our carriage driving program allows drivers to learn new skills and progress through different paces and obstacles.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing instruction to riders of all ages and abilities
  • Creating engaging lesson plans that cater to individual needs
  • Maintaining a high level of safety and care for horses, clients, and staff
  • Organising and operating adult and junior riding camps and clinics
  • Assisting with fundraising events
