Digital Transformation Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Lead to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Nuix solutions to our external customers, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

The Digital Transformation Project Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology-related projects that fall under the Sales Team. This role will bridge the gap between teams (e.g., Product, Professional Services, Customer Success and Support) and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., training, etc) to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects

This position will be based in Sydney, Australia, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office. The candidate is required to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop project plans and timelines.
    • Identify resources needed (team members, technology, tools) and assign tasks.
  • Project Execution:
    • Lead project teams of Technical and Solution Consultants.
    • Manage project risks and address potential blockers.
    • Track project progress against milestones.
    • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among various departments.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Solutions, systems integration or IT consulting.
  • Proven Experience with Agile Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration processes, IT infrastructure, and software solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
