About the Role:

We're seeking reliable and passionate home care workers to join our team in Wagga Wagga. You'll provide care support to our valued clients, demonstrating empathy, respect, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships.

This is a casual to part-time position, initially starting on a casual basis with transition to part-time expected once regular shifts are allotted.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working within a person-centred environment that respects client rights and needs
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Providing companionship and support with daily errands, academic, social, or recreational activities
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications
  • Observing and reporting changes in client health and wellbeing
  • Responding to emergency situations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid
  • CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months)
