We are seeking an experienced Inventory Administration Coordinator to join our Parts Inventory team at William Adams. This is an initial 6-month contract position with potential to move to permanency for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Review and action outstanding order reports to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Process Cat stock and parts inventory freight invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage price discrepancy reports to maintain accurate pricing information.
- Coordinate the build-up of parts inventory jobs, including SOS kits and CVA kits.
- Ensure regular maintenance of parts system master files via inventory reports.
- Support with surplus returns and special PRA activities.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
