We are currently seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team in the heart of The Rocks precinct. This casual role offers a unique stage to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to develop your passion for high-quality, innovative dishes and work closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Commercial kitchen as Commis or similar role within a similar restaurant or hotel. A formal culinary training, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, is also required. In addition, we are looking for someone with a collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This commis chef position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and have strong multitasking abilities and efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes to the highest standard, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and efficient kitchen, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
