We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to drive the success of our team.
- Create a customer-focused culture, delivering exceptional experiences with every interaction.
- Develop and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to build a high-performing store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and optimize back-of-house administration.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail store.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a medium to large team in a dynamic retail environment.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a track record of exceeding sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for visual merchandising and styling.
- Experience managing large stock volumes and optimizing stock management processes.
- A genuine desire to be part of a leading retailer and align with our values.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Develop and empower team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
