We are seeking a compassionate care provider to join our team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence and well-being of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a skilled nursing professional, your primary focus will be on providing resident-centric care that prioritizes safety, dignity, and comfort.

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Work across various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and nighttime, to ensure seamless coverage and continuity of care.
  • Engage in strength and conditioning physio, companion support, memory support, and medication management, as required.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents, adhering to our rigorous standards of care.
About You

To succeed in this critical role, you will possess:

  • A Diploma of Nursing or be a second-year Bachelor of Nursing student with completed placement experience.
  • Excellent safety awareness and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy, enabling you to build trusting relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or a willingness to obtain it, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks and complete an online medical assessment, demonstrating your capacity to meet the demands of the role.
