">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to clients while promoting their well-being, dignity, and independence.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients based on individual needs and care plans.
">Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
">Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in health status.
">Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
">Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
">Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
">Participate in health promotion and education initiatives for clients and their families.
">Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
">Experience in aged care, community, or acute healthcare settings is highly desirable.
">Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
">Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
">A compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach to care.
">Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
">Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
