Job Overview
As a high-end homes Foreman, you will be responsible for delivering renovation and extension projects with impeccable quality and precision.
With a focus on architecturally designed homes and large-scale renovations & extensions, you will work closely with leading architectural practices to bring unique visions to life.
The ideal candidate will have relevant building qualifications and extensive experience managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
Key responsibilities include site management of trades, quality assurance, reading and interpreting architectural plans, scheduling trades, ordering materials, liaising with clients and project stakeholders as required, site progress reports, site inductions and toolbox talks, and WH&S.
- Deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
- Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
Experience managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
Ability to manage stakeholder relations and ensure open communication channels.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
