Clinical Counsellor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clinical team in Sydney, Australia, working with clients from around the world. Our Clinical Counsellors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email, demonstrating the power of connection and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide short-term counselling services, ensuring appropriateness for each client.
  • Assess and manage high-risk calls, working closely with individuals at risk.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our case management system.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Counselling or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years direct client-contact experience providing counselling services.
  • Registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. ACA/PACFA).
  • Experience using various counselling modalities, including Solution-Focused and CBT.
