Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced scaffolder to join our team in our Gold Coast branch. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in scaffolding, with a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scaffolding solutions for residential and commercial projects
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Lead and manage a team of scaffolders to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored scaffolding solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Current High Risk Work Licence with SA, SI or SB
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (MR, HR highly favourable but not required)
  • Ability to follow directions and understand scaffold plants/diagrams
  • Ability to Lead, Motivate and Manage a team
  • High level of attention to details
