As a Structural Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of structural engineering projects in compliance with relevant technical and regulatory standards.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues and senior management.
- Taking on the role of Project Lead for smaller projects.
- Assisting senior engineers and project leaders in providing quality structural engineering solutions.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm for collaboration within a multidisciplinary design environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural Engineering).
- A strong passion for Structural Engineering and a commitment to excellence in design.
- Typically 2 to 3+ years of experience in large-scale Australian building structures projects.
- Experience across various building sectors, such as transport, health, commercial, and defence.
- A proven track record of effective collaboration with colleagues across disciplines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept.
- Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit Structure is advantageous.
