About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.

Your role will involve:

  • Preparing banqueting food in accordance with premium standards.
  • Supervising and training kitchen staff members in conjunction with senior chefs.
  • Maintaining effective communication with sales and planning teams.
  • Providing input on menu design, including seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness in ingredients and meal preparation.
  • Implementing and maintaining food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards.
  • Managing stock control and ordering supplies.
  • Assisting executive chefs to lead the kitchen team and promote a positive working culture.
