About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will provide expert advice on complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other related advisory services.
  2. Your key tasks will include analyzing historical and projected financial information, creating sophisticated financial models, coordinating business due diligence, and preparing confidential information memoranda.
  3. You will also value companies and businesses, lead marketing engagements, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and supervise junior staff members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • A strong academic track record and 2:1 or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in M&A, generalist, or industry teams, with a proven track record of success in financial modeling, analysis, and advisory services.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
