About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering expert advisory services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as well as advanced financial modeling and analytical abilities. You will work closely with our industry-specific groups to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial information, creating financial models, coordinating due diligence, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong academic track record and 3-4 years of relevant experience in M&A or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert advisory services to clients in mergers and acquisitions
  • Preparing and analyzing financial information and models
  • Coordinating due diligence and other business activities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics
  • 3-4 years of experience in M&A or a related field
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
