About the Role

Zurich Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Digital Architect to join our Technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust digital architecture strategies that align with our business goals and technological vision.
  • Develop scalable and secure digital solutions that meet current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and innovation.
  • Lead the development of digital architecture patterns and ensure their adoption across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and advise on their adoption and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and architectures, including cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and data analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
