Job Title: IT Data Architect

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our data warehousing team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data models for data warehouses using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Maintain and improve existing data models to ensure they remain current and effective
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of data models and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques
  • Experience in designing and implementing data models for data warehouses
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
