Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned individual to join our core PR & Communications team at Infosys. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic PR and Communications plans that drive business goals and create resonance for Infosys and our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PR and Communications strategies that align with the vision and purpose of Infosys.
  • Manage end-to-end PR activities, including strategic campaigns, press events & releases, and research reports.
  • Monitor the brand landscape for potential issues and develop crisis communication plans.
  • Maintain effective campaign budgets and manage agency relationships.
  • Drive evaluation processes and execution of key campaigns.
  • Coordinate PR agency activities and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the media industry and landscape, identifying strategic PR opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or equivalent with strong content and communications skills.
  • Demonstrated experience at a mid-senior level in public relations, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience working with a PR Agency/media is an added advantage.
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of the IT & Services industry and experience/network within the Media industry.
  • Excellent content development and presentation skills, along with identifying news pegs and storytelling ability.
  • Experienced in the business use of social media channels.
  • Deep understanding of numbers and ability to use analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural/global environment and willingness to travel.
