Gelato Team Leader

We are currently seeking a team member/team leader to join our gelato shop in Malvern.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be bubbly, smiling, and able to provide excellent customer service. They should have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Key Responsibilities include Customer Service, Maintaining stock levels to ensure a constant supply of gelato, Cleaning the kitchen and implementing food safety practices, and Orders and stock management.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow within the company and work in excess of 20 hours per week. We welcome applicants with energy, personality, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:- Able to work in excess of 20 hours per week
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Excellent grasp of English and ability to communicate with all types of people
No previous experience in gelato is required, just a desire to learn and make delicious gelato for our customers.
