  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the reception team, practice nurse, and doctors to ensure effective communication and seamless care.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Good general computer skills, with experience using Pracsoft and other medical software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
