The successful candidate will provide high-quality housekeeping and domestic cleaning services to residents while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. This role is an integral part of developing RetireAustralia to become one of the leaders in the industry, placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing residential support services to residents
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
  • Reporting and recording maintenance issues in residential apartments and common areas
  • Maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity
  • Assisting with other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in domestic or commercial cleaning services
  • Previous experience working in the retirement industry is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with residents and colleagues
  • Fully licensed driver with comprehensive insurance and reliable transport
  • National Police Check and ability to obtain
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate and ability to obtain
  • Preparedness for pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing
